Dr. Steven Long is passionate about good nutrition and how diet affects your health and well-being.  This includes the appropriate vitamins and minerals and right fats. Some foods should be avoided, while others consumed more frequently. Here is a general list to consider. 


 You should avoid or minimize:

    •    A grain based diet, foods such as pasta, breads and rolls. 

    •    White refined sugar and candy
    •    “Fast Food & Processed foods.
    •    High Fructose Corn Syrup



You should increase your intake of:
• Water
• Locally grown oraganic fruits and vegetables. Increase Vitamin D3  and Omega 3 Fatty Acid!
