I finally realized I did not have to live with this pain. I always kidded around that my body was worn out. It just needed some attention. Tire and Wheel Store Owner

Steve B.
For the first time in a long time I can get out of bed in the morning and bend over to tie my shoes without pain. I have regained my strength in the left side of my body and it shows in my softball play. I am hitting the ball as far as ever before. Business Owner, sales, installer, chief, cook and bottle washer!

Children also benefit from regular spinal check ups!

It seems children never run out of energy. They go all day long running, jumping and playing hard.  Frequent falls, head bumps and collisions can really add up over time.  Children don't seem to complain, so their young bodies go unchecked for years. Often, the problems we have as adults sadly started when we were kids. This may lead to a lowering of the body's resistance and open the door for illness.

The slightest misalignment of the spine can cause a child to suffer from adult type problems, such as headaches, back pain, poor concentration and irritability. For many, a simple, painless spinal exam will allow your Chiropractor to find and correct any vertebral subluxations (minor misalignments of the spine).

Chiropractic Care for children is much more than just spinal check ups. Dr. Steve Long can also examine and monitor the growth of your child’s body, address important nutritional needs, offer correct exercise programs and help to prepare your child for a healthy adulthood.
